I want to say how helpful Lara Bowen was for our family. She worked very hard to help us find the right memory care placement. She was wonderful!
The staff was friendly communicative and kind. We never had any worries about my grandmother’s care while she was there.
Exceptional -- Only one incident involving transportation to doctor but that was addressed at the time.
Very clean and physical therapy is good.
A previous visit two years ago so there was no hesitation to bring mom back again. Staff is cheerful and professional.

Therapy was pleasant but tiring but somehow, they always made it pleasant. The therapists were good at finding ways to help you. General staff hep was excellent as well.
The staff is very friendly. The building and rooms are clean and do not smell. We love that there is a dog that roams the building (Love Sophie). Very comfortable recliners in the rooms.

RNs, LPNs, CNAs, housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen staff – you all went far beyond your required duties to take special care of him. You provided the “family” that was with him 24/7. The Villas staff contributed to the quality of his life. There were those of you who truly came to love him; you provided daily encouragement, smiles, hugs, and even kisses when he needed them most. We have been blessed (as was he) to know you all. So, it’s not just the comfort you provided at the end; it’s the life you gave him all along.

I thoroughly enjoyed Villas East and found everyone helpful and pleasant. The therapy was excellent, and I made good progress. I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises. I have recommended them quite enthusiastically. My three stays have been short-term to emphasize therapy.

I was treated so well. I worked, but my rehab people were so awesome and dedicated. I was treated very special. I can recommend all the staff at Villas, the nurses, the workers, and particularly the staff that works in the rehab. I can honestly say I think of everyone there as being special.
