Staff of Assisted Lifestyle at The Villas Senior Care Community
Donna Heneghan RN BSN, Administrator, Assisted Lifestyle at The Villas Senior Care Community
The buck stops here. I coordinate to make sure all admissions and discharges reflect our motto that the resident's care is the primary concern.
I make a difference by making sure that anything that needs to happen in all departments actually happens.
My favorite thing, it would be hard to choose just one thing, The Villas are my happy place. There is a family closeness and a genuine concern about the residents, staff and family members. And the food is wonderful!
Sharon Reynolds RN, Administrator, The Villas Senior Care Community's Skilled Nursing & Villas Total Rehab
As the administrator of The Villa Senior Care Community it is my responsibility to welcome both residents and employees to our facility. I have 20 years of long-term care experience working in a skilled facility. That is a lot of years to understand what the families and employees want in a leader.
I feel it is my responsibility to “lead by example” I come from a small farming community in which you go out of your way to help your neighbor and I bring those beliefs to The Villas. One of my favorite things about work is decorating the facility for the holidays.

Albert Pitts, Dietary Manager, The Villas Senior Care Community's Skilled Nursing & Villas Total Rehab
I have been working for The Villas since November 2002. The one thing that impressed me the most was the warmth and home-like feeling I received on my first day. Ten years later, I still get that same feeling. I grew up in the South, where family connections and southern hospitality go hand-in-hand. I like to think that I bring those values to work everyday. As the Dietary Manager my primary role is to ensure that every residents' nutritional needs are met, but I play many roles: I am a waiter during meal service, a guide when someone has lost their way, an ear when someone needs to be heard, but the best and most important role I enjoy is giving the best customer service I can every single day.
